What is Slow zombie?
The Halloween update text names slow, normal, and fast zombies. They chase, pounce, and bite. Nothing in that text assigns HP, damage, or a map to the City and Guns names Brute and Runner. Do not treat Slow as a Brute or as a weaker Runner.

How do you get Slow zombie?
Throw a dummy into the graveyard, or meet one after you press the Horde button. The description does not say which button spawn is which speed.
How do you use Slow zombie?
Give yourself time to see the approach before you swap weapons. A bite can infect another dummy, so the first zombie is not always the last.
